When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself

Holiday food issues making it hard to be thankful? Chad's guest Dr. Matthew Cavaiola, offers lots of advice. Some 'free samples': bring gluten-free food to holiday parties . . . "if it's white, don't bite" - white rice, dairy, cookies . .  . replace dairy with hemp milk, rice milk or almond milk . . . and more!
