Guest Jack DuChene of Achieve Mastery returns with  with participants Melinda and Kathy to share their experiences from an Achieve Mastery workshop - "You Get one life, One chance, Make it a Masterpiece."  Starting with a specific goal, participants learn about what's "running" them, so they can choose not to be victims of their programming. Reviewing the stories in their heads, students lean to recognize those that lead to joy instead of suffering.
